Crystal Healing

If you need more grounding should you just carry around a grounding stone? That depends. It can be a quick way to get results (especially wearing a magnetic anklet works fast for me). However it can also help to wear a fire or water stone to come at it a bit more gently. The fire stones are the sacral and solar plexus chakra area ones that people are familiar with such as Carnelian, Citrine etc. Water stones are the heart and throat chakra ones like Amazonite and Green Aventurine.

Both fire and water stimulate earth. This I have felt through my meditations going through the Crystal University courses with Samaya Aster (Naisha Ahsian). Today I am wearing on my left wrist three bracelets: Power Duo, Abundant Energy, and Ruby on adjustable Hemp. I really like Tiger’s Eye with Citrine in the 6mm (smaller stones) mix called The Power Duo that Artist Gems makes. Artist Gems is my business I started as a wholesaler and now I have a retail Kiosk in Boise Towne Square Mall too. We employ four local artists and donate to art programs 10% of proceeds. Check it out if you would like. Here’s to being grounded!

Guitar Strums

Today I get a guitar lesson. I plan to teach some teens how to strum a guitar so I’m improving my skills. Give, get, ebb & flow.

Surprisingly it’s getting me to play drums more too just knowing my guitar playing is coming into fruition. ¬†I’m finding around lunch time is a good time to hit the drums. Love the different beats.

As far a a gem for today, I will share a flower with some gem earrings. Consider the flower to be the guitar and the earrings the drum set.

Tigers Eye Affirmation: I am balanced.

Tigers Eye has a beautiful layered look of vibrant yellow/gold, browns, and black. It’s a suitable color combination for the affirmation “I am balanced”.

To me balancing is about routine that allows for a variety of activities throughout the day: physical, spiritual, work, and joyful/relaxing time. I find that if I get certain activities done in the morning then the rest of my day is balanced. I have the privilege of time to parse my day that way.

However, I am still looking for a good time to play drums… it’s loud enough to annoy others in the house and I have not included it in my morning routine yet. Any advice is welcome!
