Moonstone: I embrace the cycles of life.

The moon changes everyday and helps move the water around us. The cycles of life for me are childhood, adult; life and death. I’m a scorpio so we’re known to be into that kind of thing.

Moonstone shows the beauty of changes.

Black Tourmaline: I am energetically cleansed and centered.

When we cleanse with water by bathing our aura’s energy gets cleansed too. If we go further and meditate, use incense, candles, focus on releasing our energetic patterns, we can get centered. It’s easier to be our ourselves. I like to light a candle and burn some palo santo every morning as part of getting centered.

Black Tourmaline is known to help with taking negative energy and transmuting it into positive vibes. Pretty awesome.

Ruby: I awaken my kundalini energy.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

What is Kundalini energy? From what I understand so far…It is a Hindu word that means to awaken your chakras from the base chakra up into the crown chakra! There is a goddess or serpent asleep that can awaken and clear it’s way up all of the chakras to the crown to energize the body for a wonderful feeling! There are other cultures that have a similar word such as the Christian “Pentecostal Fire”.

Kundalini can be achieved through spiritual practices such as yoga and meditation.

May you feel alert and happy TODAY!

Calcite: I am open to creativity.

What a wonderful world where we can be creative at anytime.

So fun and the possibilities seem endless. Even using the internet and posting things is so limitless.

I was really happy when I listened to the Vulnerability by Brene Brown media (Ted Talks and audio via radio shows). She ended one of the series by encouraging people to find their creative love, making candles was her example. Something artsy that makes you feel good. Wow that sure hit home for me and in a way gave me permission to do my arts and crafts in addition to the more serious work I do (audio engineering).

Here’s Calcite pictures I found today. This stone is known to encourage spontaneity and creativity. I think the two things go hand in hand.

Gem Artists Wanted

I would love to share other artists’ work on this blog’s Gem of the Day (message me for consideration).
Case in point: today I met a jewelry artist, Matias Brustle, and a friend bought a Malachite ring from him. It’s interesting because everyday for 3 days I have been pulling the Malachite card from my Deck of Gemstone Cards (Crystal Ally Nahisha Ahsain’s Cards). I asked Matias if he’d like to have his work displayed on my social media, and he said yes.

Malachite: I go with the flow.

Go with the flow. Kind of complicated if you think about the flow being something that might not be the right direction! Also does this mean to just laze around and let things happen?

For me it means to let the day flow with what is happening around me. As I go with my usual exercise/meditation and work schedule, some things may come up that are appropriate to do also. Malachite is considered by some to be the right use of the will (the universe’s will versus the ego). All of those topics are a bit far for me to reach. Thus going with the flow was the way I approached it.

Here’s some neat photos of Malachite for today.

Prehnite: I am healed.

Prehnite is known to heal the healer.

It’s so beautiful especially with epidote mixed in…looks a bit like green tea. This necklace has that kind along with mother of pearl beads. Earrings are prehnite without epidote. Balcony floor tile here in Puerto Vallarta.

Then I’ve thrown in some neat rocks photos from wikipedia to show more beauty!

Citrine: I attract abundance.

What a great life filled with good people and beautiful opportunities to shine. Today I uploaded some Citrine information and read up about it. I found out it’s often amethyst heated to a yellow color or a different quartz heated to make it such a beautiful color. That’s funny that something as wonderful as amethyst would be changed to some other color, but this yellow is incredible too.

Attracting abundance to me is “there is enough for everyone” and “what can I do today to improve myself to continue putting my best foot forward.”

I’m heading out for a walk with friends and I’m wearing these earrings and bracelet today. It has prehnite and amethyst and citrine as the three major stones.

Thank you SUN for the yellow light you give us here on earth. We are abundant.
