I grew up in Santa Cruz and swam in the ocean from age 7 to age 12 without supervision! I was riding the waves and loving it.
Now in Modesto I still appreciate the water and join with organizations that promote healthy rivers. Today we are putting a bird bath in the front yard. I’m looking forward to watching birds frolic in the water and be happy.
Energy is waves in the ocean. It ebbs and flows and clears the way for life force power. Reiki healing uses that same energy flow concept as it relates it to the body. The body has stored memories and energy blocks that can be cleared so that one can see today with fresh eyes and feel the courage to move on with vigor.
